Good Morning, over on Pink Gem Designs Challenge Blogspot is a brand new Challenge and this time we want you to use a Animal on your card, so the theme is "Animals - any Birds/Teddy Bears" is acceptable, so Im so glad I used the image below.
And you should pay Pink Gem Designs a visit and see what fabulous images, papers that Janet has on offer, and recently she has been creating some gorgeous pre-made card designs so all you have to do is print and cut out and stick they are quick but they look fabulous when done and you will find them here.
And now for my card.
For my card I have used "Andy the Pirate" and you will find him here, I printed him onto white card and coloured him with my copic pens afterwards I used a Nestabilitie Rectangle Die to cut him out and a larger one for the mount out of blue card.
The base card is a 6"x 6" white card with a first mount of blue card the papers are also from Pink Gem Designs and its called "Slugs and Snails" and you will find them here. I have four of the papers and mounted them up as shown.
Afterwards I wrapped a piece of pirate ribbon around the card and attached to the back of the first mount. Then on top I have placed my mounted image and created a sentiment banner by using a Die-Namics stamp and die and stuck it to a cocktail stick and placed it behind the mounted image at the top on the right hand side.
Now that youve seen my card I do hope that you will pay a visit to The Pink Gem Challenge Blogspot and see what the rest of the very talented Design Team have created for your inspiration.
